I am a love and intimacy coach, specialising in romantic relationships of all kinds. Although working mainly with women to date, I have some new and exciting programs and collaborations in the pipeline which are suitable for men and couples.

Prior to working as a Love Coach, I was an Applied Theatre practitioner, professional actress, workshop leader, Theatre lecturer and academic, and most recently the coordinator of a Victims and Survivors Trust in my home city of Belfast, working with people psychologically and physically injured during The Troubles in Northern Ireland. 

My personal romantic journey took me to Chicago, USA, where my fiancé, (now husband of 7 years), lived at the time and there I pursued my Applied Theatre career, continuing the work I started in Belfast working with prisoners. In Chicago, I worked with ex-life term prisoners and wonderful human rights Lawyer, James Chapman, using theatre and Augusto Boal Forum Theatre techniques to address issues of injustice within the Illinois Department of Corrections.  I worked with several African American ex-prisoners and James to develop an interactive theatre show with which we toured Illinois. My work as an Applied Theatre practitioner has given me the opportunity and training to understand and relate to many different kinds of people from school children and students and corporate workers to people with disabilities and mental health issues. From prisoners, asylum seekers and immigrants to victims of domestic violence  and all manner of vulnerable and minority groups. This has given me a unique and in depth awareness of how courageous and vulnerable it is to reveal and  express your challenges, fears and desires and I take that awareness into my sessions with clients.

I offer a bespoke holistic approach to working with people and I also offer clear structure and training which leads to concrete and tangible results. I am also very immersed in mindset and the reprogramming of your subconscious, along with feminine and masculine energetics and their wounded and empowered expressions. Even a basic awareness of this can be a gamechanger for most people and spending 3 months in a deep immersive experience and learning with me can be life changing. My aim is to encourage evolution into a post feminism expression where we do not compete with each other, rather we balance each other and enhance and grow in our polar opposite empowered and magnetic energies (which doesn’t have to be gender specific).

My background in teaching drama in community and professional  settings all over Ireland, the UK and the USA means that I bring creativity, sensitivity, and body awareness into my work. Working with people since 1997 from diverse backgrounds, ages, sexualities, genders, social classes, races, cultures, abilities has given me training and experience with responding to very different needs and how to skillfully adapt and work with all manner of people. This background includes training and qualifications in working with Trauma and the Body, which I bring into my coaching.

My coaching skills empower people around communication, desires, femininity /masculinity, dating, being a wife, and manifesting a beloved and further training in conscious sexuality  facilitates a deeper knowledge, expression, embodiment and practice of sexuality and the body and how to relate with the self and others sexually, which opens up a new world of experience, often after decades of being stuck in the same boring, and even traumatising sexual routine. This can lead to liberation, joy and bliss which has not been experienced before.

I am a highly conscious individual, constantly seeking to expand my awareness of life and the universe and how it all fits together, how it can actually work brilliantly in practice for the benefit of the individual and the collective.

To offer yourself radical self love and be your own Divine Mother, awaken your Divine Father, balance your feminine and masculine energies and take radical responsibility for who you are being in your life and your romantic relationships. Working together we break through past trauma and self sabotaging patterns, identify your true desires and work to make them tangible and possible.

I have worked for many organisations including Queen’s University, Belfast, Ulster University, The Art Institute of Chicago, CAPE Chicago, Victims and Survivors Trust, The Arts Council of Northern Ireland, The Illinois Institute for Community Law and Affairs, Ballynafeigh Community Development Association, The Prison Arts Foundation, Anne’s Haven, RolePlay UK, and I was a co-founder of the Belfast Chicago Applied Theatre Initiative and Cello Productions. 

I have been featured as the dating expert on Riverside Radio, SWE London, for consecutive years talking about E 4’s Celebrities Go Dating, I am a returning Love Coach on BBC Radio, and am regularly featured In National Newspapers such as The Irish Independent, Sunday Life and The Belfast Telegraph among others. Most recently I have been featured by Yahoo Finance one of the Top 11 Female Coaches to Follow in 2021

I enjoy regular collaboration with experts from complementary fields and am often featured in summits, virtual and in person retreats and guest spots on Podcasts and Interviews. I also carry out interviews on my new YouTube Channel
